Spreads

A card spread (or layout) is a designated pattern for placing tarot cards, where each position corresponds to a specific meaning, such as past, present, future, or specific life areas. Spreads provide structure, context, and a narrative flow to a reading, allowing for interpretation of individual card meanings and their relationships to one another.

Finding Balance spreads

Place three cards on the left side (1) to indicate where you are putting too much time, energy and focus.

Place three cards on the right side (2) to indicate where you are not putting enough time, energy and focus.

Pull one more Card (B) to see how you can bring the two sides into balance.

One card spread

A one card spread can answer any quick questions that you have. But the most frequently used example is 'What card do I need for the day?" or any yes or no question that you may have. This spread is mostly open to interpretation.
